JUST FIFTY MORE DAYS!
Spring is when our bodies and minds work best together on new endeavors. In the season of beginnings, we can renew our desire to focus on a multitude of beneficial things. Our health, our finances, relationships, hobbies, careers…whatever the goal is, SPRING is when things ‘click’.
This isn't just Life Coach feel good speak, either.
Science shows spring being the turning point for serotonin, vitamin D, and dopamine increases. We also inherently tune in with nature as we watch the outside world stir and bloom. A deep need to do the same awakens within us and we just know it's time!
You're likely experiencing Cabin Fever, especially if you live in a cold winter climate right now. Take this time to think about what you want for the Spring New Year. For the next 50 days, simply practice what that might look like. Get a feel for your goals, but don't put too much pressure on your self just yet.
