A Fresh Start for Spring

We all have goals. We often call them "resolutions" in December and January. "Objectives" when we're writing a resume. "Intentions" when we're being spiritual. "Targets" when we're in sales.
Ultimately, it doesn't matter what you call them, it matters if you achieve them. We set these mental benchmarks, or we buy a new notebook - this is the time! This time we will succeed.
Except all the well meaning ideas in the world won't come to fruition without a plan and a toolbox to get there.
My 8 Week Goal Challenges are strategically timed for cohesiveness with nature, as well as the American mental calendar.
Spring Session, my favorite, begins the Monday following the start of spring. This is when our bodies are most receptive to change and dedication. (I mention this a bit more in detail here: https://www.tinagromski.com/post/50-days-to-practice). And then there is Fall Session, that begins the Monday after Labor Day, and wraps up a couple weeks before Thanksgiving as we head into the Holiday Season. This is a great time to work on boundaries and reassess priorities before the potential hurricane of emotional decisions and weighty obligations.
Spring Session is my FAVORITE. I encourage my clients and anyone who will listen to spend the first two and a half months of the year simply practicing their goals. What feels right? What fits your life? What is a repeat goal idea that isn't simply a whim or a fleeting dream.
I invite those interested in this Spring Session to reach out if you have any questions. This group setting, bootcamp approach to my coaching services is not only a budget friendly option, but also a time and place to connect with other women whom are usually facing the same obstacles you are, in similar seasons of life.
